Neon Switchback

Neon Switchback is pure arcade joy. No simulation nonsense, just you, a bright car, and a ribbon of road twisting through neon-lit mountains. Tilt or touch controls both work, and the drift mechanic is forgiving enough to feel good within your first race.

The tracks are tight and full of switchbacks that reward memorisation. Each clean drift builds a boost meter, so the better your line, the faster you go — it's a nice loop that makes you want one more attempt. The soundtrack genuinely carries it, all pulsing synths that match the speed.

There's not much to it beyond chasing better times, but that's the point. For short bursts of adrenaline it's exactly right, and the ghost-replay feature makes beating your own record oddly addictive.
